Isaac Balami University was established in 2025 after it was granted approval by the Federal Executive Council which is managed by the National Universities Commission (NUC).The procedure to establish the University initially began in 2020 but the process and approval eventually came through in 2025.

The founder of Isaac Balami University of Aeronautics and management at one time serve as president of National Association of Aircraft Pilots and Engineer For 8 years bringing a revolutionary shift to the association during it’s tenure,the founder is also the owner 7 star Global Airlines and 7 star Global Hangar which is one of the largest aircraft Maintenance facility in West and Central Africa Combined.

How to pay IBUAM School Fees
° Go to the University portal at https://portal.ibuam.edu.ng/
° Login in with your matriculation number and password
° Locate the School Fees section and Generate the Invoice for payment
° The Invoice will provide a Remitta Retrieval Reference number (RRR)
° Take the Remitta and go to any Commercial bank that use Remitta payment
° Make Payment using the Remitta by paying the same payment that is shown in the Remitta or you can simply make payment using Debit card but I advise you use bank because of the amount
° Collect Teller from the bank
° Upload the Receipt you used for online payment or the teller on the portal then wait for 48 hours for verification of payment
° Visit the Bursary Department to collect your Clearance Slip.
NOTE: The University allows installmental payment of school Fees.students are only to pay annually,semi-annually and quarterly installments this attract 2% surcharge.Students who pays 6 months to resumption are entitled to 10% reduction in school fees.
Scholarship opportunities is also available for students in the institution and this is based on merit base,this scholarship make provision of write off of 25%-100% school fees charges, depending on the Scholarship of that year. Scholarship also exist between the University and the Borno State Government.
